Starting out my career in health and fitness in 2008 I noticed that personal trainers and main stream exercise programs preached a “push hard, no pain no gain” mentality. There is a common theme, even in yoga, that everyone should exercise as if they are 25. I noticed injuries and a defeated outlook in the people who can benefit from exercise the most. I’ve developed a methodology that is not only safe and prevents injury, but also creates longterm energy, strength and independence.

I believe our health is our greatest asset and through my degree, certifications, experience working with hundreds of people for more than a decade, and strong will to be of service, I have learned how best to protect this priceless asset.
